Your plan reflects the number of webinars you run, the number of registered attendees per webinar, the users and workspaces your team needs, and the level of platform capability included.
Pricing is based on registered attendees, not the number of people who attend live. The attendee limit is the maximum number of audience registrations accepted for the webinar. Hosts, speakers and authorised support users do not count.
Yes. Lite and Business are available month to month, with no annual commitment. You can also pay annually and save 10%. Professional and Enterprise carry a 12-month commitment and can be billed monthly or paid annually.
Additional webinar options will be available as programmes grow. Final pack availability and upgrade rules for Lite and Business are being confirmed.
Lite and Business do not offer additional webinar purchases. Move to the next plan if you need more capacity. Professional customers can buy individual webinars or webinar packs. Enterprise capacity is agreed around the programme.
Choose a plan with the registered-attendee capacity you need before registration opens. If registrations are likely to exceed your current limit, speak to us and we will help you move to the right plan.
Yes. You can upgrade when your programme needs more capacity or capability. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing or contract term.
No. Lite and Business allowances are measured over rolling periods and do not accumulate. Professional webinar allowances and purchased packs expire at the end of the contract year. Enterprise terms are agreed around the programme.
AI credits are used when Adelo processes and analyses session content. Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Additional credits are available when needed.
Yes. Every plan includes consent capture and the ability to surface potential safety or compliance signals for authorised review. Professional adds audit logs. Enterprise adds custom alerts and wider organisational controls.
